Does Gideons supply Bibles to the USA armed forces?
I am trying to find out if Gideons still supply Camouflaged covered Bibles to the United States Armed forces.
Yes the Gideons are still supplying bibles to any one who want them in the military, I found them to be very respectful in there aproach as well they simply go around and ask if you want one, and if you dont there are no disrespectful comments or such. Also chaplins will give you any religious matarial you would like including the torra (SP?) and the koran. As far as the so called forced prayer there is no such thing the military is open to people of all religious backgrounds and non-judgmental
