Cover Rag Quilted I have been making rag quilts and some of the material that I have used really leaves A LOT of tiny strings all over the quilt when it comes out of the dryer. I know I can use the sticky side of tape to get them off but does anyone out there have a better way to remove all the annoying tiny sting pieces of thread? Some of the quilts are COVERED with them! Could I maybe just put back in the dryer? Please HELP!!! Thanks!! I just had the exact same issue and what I plan to try is a wire dog brush with closely packed, angled bristles (used to own one; need to buy another to try it). I'm hoping this will also fluff up & renew the "brushed" surface of the flannel.
