Where can I make Newspaper flag(banner)?

I'm the editor of my newspaper and I need to make a title thingy for my paper. It's called a flag and I'm not sure where I can go online to make one.
What website can I go to to make a flag(the title thingy) for a newspaper? I'm the editor of my newspaper at school and I need to make the title.

You don't need a website. You can make a perfectly good flag using any desktop publishing program, or you could even use Microsoft Word. All you need to do is select a font for the newspaper's name, and make it big. Then you'd include a line underneath that gives the date of the publication. If the newspaper also has a website, give the web address too.

Look at any newspaper in your town. See what they do. Do something similar for your paper. You don't need to use the same font, just keep the same general idea.

If this doesn't make sense to you, find someone at your school who is interested in graphic design. They could come up with a nice banner pretty quickly. (The art teacher could tell you a name if you don't known anyone yourself.)
