Meditators What form of meditation works for you?
Could you indicate either Floor Cushion Bench Chair Walking Music or Silence etc

Joseph it is unfair of you to use my question to drum up business for that organisation who are requesting a "donation"of at least $30 for their products
My faviorite form is just sitting in a silent room, maybe with some white niose or some nature sounds (like a thunderstorm, ocean, forest, etc) and just relax.
Concentrate on your breathing.
If chanting something helps, write yourself a little chant to help focus on what you want to accomplish. (i.e. relaxation, gain confidence, lower stress, raise energy level, etc..)
