Is it right for the state to ban all religious clothing articles including necklace crosses in public schools?
I don't think its right for the state to dictate how we worship.
it can be difficult to try to balance the constitutional conflict between protecting students from the establishment of religion in schools and the rights of individuals to express their beliefs through their dress.
often it comes down to who protests the loudest.
