Rosary Yoga Japa What exactly is Japa Yoga? Wikipedia wasn't very specific. Is it true it's alot like saying the Rosary? Japa is the ritual of saying Holy Mantras while counting prayer beads. It is something I will be doing as soon as I sign off, actually. It is similar to the rosary but different...the rosary has breaks where you say different prayers. Prayer beads is saying the same Mantra 108 times. I always say "Jai Ganesha" (praise Ganesha). Your Hand is Rosary (Mala)
