Ok So I Have A Neighbor Who Had The Jumpouts(For You Who Dont Know What That Is It Undercover Cops Who Try To Arrest People For Drugs) Bust Into Her Apartment When His Very Sick Mom Who Is Around The Age Of 55-60 And Who Also Has Cancer Was Getting Out Of The Shower. The Man They Were Looking For Who Was Her Son Was Not In The Home At The Time But His Mother And 3yr Daughter Was .They Tore The House Apart Turning Over Furniture And Breaking The Urn His Deceased Father Was In(I Know So Wrong) They Tried To Cavity Search His Poor Sick Mother But She Showed The Cops She Just Had Surgery There And She Could Get Infected If They Touched Her There So They Couldnt Touch Her, However They Did Cavity Search His 3yr Old Daughter(Which I Think Is So So So Wrong) Now My Question Is Can She Sue For That Because Where I Live You Cant Cavity Search Anyone Under The Age Of 5yr Old And She's Only 3.
